This day started very strange...I saw air baloons on the staircase
It was a nice surprise from my dearest neighbours!
And today I had a language exam. It wasn't really easy and the 2nd part of the test was rather complicated, but I did that! I've finished first in the classroom. And I really like my composition. Hope, the result will satisfy me.
And about Diet...
That's very complicated thing for me...In october my weight was 68,7 kilos with 160 cm height. Now I'm 58 kilos with 161 cm height, but my ideal weight is nearly 45-50 kilos. So I need to start the diet again.
What can I eat next 5 days.
1 day: 2 apples, 1 piece of chocolate, Earl Grey tea
2 day: salad with tomatoes (150-200 g), Earl Grey tea, 1 cup of green tea
3 day: rice with sauce (100 g), 2 cups of green tea, Earl Grey tea
4 day: fried vegetables (150 g), Earl Grey tea
5 day: baked fish (150 g), Earl Grey tea
I hope I will survive and then I'll write diet on another 5 days...
